Please read you rights as an individual whom personal data refer to, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation Regulation). In accordance with the Regulation and under the conditions specified therein, you have the following rights:

Right to be forgotten (also known as “data erasure”): If you wish that your personal data are no longer being processed, subject to the condition that there are no legal reasons for further storage, you may request from the data controller to erase your personal data which thus cease to be processed.
  2. Right of access: You may request from the data controller to inform you if personal data are being processed or not, which data are being processed and where, and for which purposes these data are being processed.
  3. Right to data portability: You may request from the data controller to provide you with personal data referring to you, should you wish to transfer them to another data controller.
  4. Right to rectification: You may request from the data controller to rectify incorrect personal data referring to you.
  5. Right to object: Individuals to whom data refers have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body.
  6. Right to revoke consent: Revoking the consent must be as simple as giving it.

1.3 Registering to e-news

Visitors of the website have the option to subscribe to our e-news by filling out the form for registering to the newsletter (the form is embedded in the pop-up window).

  1. Which data are collected: We collect personal data which you enter in the fields of the form for registering to our e-news (e-mail, first name and surname). You may subsequently edit these data by following the link on the bottom of each e-notification.

  1. Purpose of collecting data: Data are being collected and processed for the purpose of sending e-news. The analysis of data on you reply (opening and clicking) help us tailor their content to your preferences.
  2. How long are data kept: Data are kept as long as you are interested in out e-news. When you unregister from the list of e-news recipients, your data are erased.
  3. How to revoke your consent: If you change your mind or do not wish to receive our e-news any more, you may revoke you consent at any time by clicking on the link on the bottom of each e-notification or by writing us via the contact form.
  4.   5. With whom are data shared: Your data are stored on a server managed by MailChimp – the e-notification service provider, which is our authorised data processor. MailChimp collects and processes data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. As the data controller we have full control over collecting, accessing, editing and deleting data at all times. Data storage on MailChimp’s server is regulated with a contract concluded with MailChimp.

Your personal data will not be shared with any unauthorised third party.

  3. How long are data kept: Your e-mail is kept in our e-mail archive for an undetermined period of time, unless you request its deletion.
  4. How to revoke your consent: You may request the deletion of your personal data by writing us via the contact form. Your data will be permanently erased from our data collection.
  5. We occasionally organise prize draws with practical prizes, e.g. for followers on Facebook.

  2. Purpose of collecting data: Your data are used only for purposes of a smooth delivery of the prizes.
  3. How long are data kept: Your data are being kept for a determined period of time in accordance with legal provisions.
  4. How to revoke your consent: You may request the deletion of your personal data by writing us via the contact form. Your data will be permanently erased from our data collection, unless their storage for a determined period of time is mandatory in order to comply with other legal requirements.
  5. Personal data users are employed with the controller and the processors process data only as part of their job responsibilities, in accordance with their authorisation.

Personal data may be forwarded to third parties only if there is a relevant legal basis for this.

The controller will ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the Regulation and the applicable legislation on personal data protection.

The controller will also ensure organisational, technical and other relevant procedures and measures preventing unauthorised use, modification, destruction or loss and other unauthorised processing of personal data. The procedures and measures are specified in detail in the Personal data protection policy adopted by the controller.

The controller does not use automated decision-making.
